By creating an account, accessing, or using this meal randomizer application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App is a tool that allows users to input meal options and generate randomized meal suggestions based on user-selected effort levels and dining preferences (e.g., cooking vs. eating out).
3. User Accounts
- Registration: You must create an account to save your meal lists and preferences. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. User Content and Inputs
- Ownership: You retain ownership of any meal options or data you input into the App.
- License: You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and process your inputs solely to provide and save the meal suggestion service for you.
- Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for the content you input. You must not input any text that is offensive, illegal, or violates third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
- Our Ownership: We own all rights, titles, and interests in the App, including its code, design, layout, functionality, and logos.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
6. No Third-Party Advertising or Affiliate Links
The App does not feature third-party advertisements or commercial affiliate links to restaurants or food delivery services. Any restaurant suggestions generated are derived entirely from user-provided inputs.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- “As-Is” Service: The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
- No Dietary Advice: The App randomizes user-provided data and does not provide nutritional, medical, or dietary advice. You are responsible for your own health, allergies, and food choices.
- Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the App will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or terminate your account and block your access to it, at any time and without notice, especially in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these terms.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the App after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
